For the National Bank of Belgium, I am looking for a Legal Counsel to strengthen the Legal & Resolution Execution group within the Resolution Unit. Fluent in Dutch or French, with at least passive knowledge of the other language and excellent command of English.

The NBB's Resolution Unit focuses on limiting the damage to financial stability when financial institutions are in difficulty and coordinates all the missions of the NBB as resolution authority. It defines the resolution plans of Belgian banks, the resulting prudential requirements, and prepares the legal and operational framework for their execution.
